By accessing and using Obsidianhost Billing, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Obsidianhost Billing provides game server hosting services powered by Pterodactyl. Our services include dedicated server resources for gaming communities.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Host illegal content or engage in illegal activities
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Send spam or engage in phishing activities
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Excessively consume resources that impact other users

5. Payment Terms

  • All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated
  • Services may be suspended for non-payment
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. In the event of service interruptions, we will work diligently to restore service as quickly as possible.

7. Data Backup

While we provide backup services for your servers, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this agreement at any time
  • Upon termination, your access to services will be immediately revoked
  • Outstanding payments remain due upon termination
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms

9. Limitation of Liability

Obsidianhost Billing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
